The bronze monument "to Infantryman" celebrates the Fallen of the First World War.
Three figures of soldiers, two of them lifeless, lying on either side of the base, above which stands the glorious infantryman, heedless of danger, with the body straight in an effort to hurl a hand grenade at the enemy.
Designed by the Salsomaggiore-born sculptor Alberto Bazzoni, was inaugurated in 1922.
